TYPES OF ANALYSIS

  • Analysis of oil composition, anti-oxidants, and all the various oil degradation processes, potentially involving RULER, ESR, MPC, RPVOT, Water Content, APC, Viscosity, SEM, FTIR, ESR measurements.
  • Automatic particle counting or operator counting, granulometry, foaming, demulsification, deaeration, TOST, CPA, Spectroscopy.

EXAMPLE OF PREDICTIVE ANALYSIS

Oil degradation test specifically according to existing standards.

  • Definition of cleanliness objective according to standard 12669.
  • Conducting an audit of the environment, working methods, and the various components of the system.
  • Establishment of a predictive maintenance action plan based on analyses

Example of analysis for correlation

  • Quantitative and qualitative particle counting analysis according to ISO 4406 and 4407 standards.
  • Identification of pollution and its nature, number, granulometric distribution, oil and patch color.
  • Monitored by aqueous analysis and correlated according to system severity via MPC analysis (oxidation residue level in oil) and RULER analysis (anti-oxidant level remaining in oil), potentially accompanied by quarterly and/or annual analysis based on 45% viscosity, acidity, base number, or atomic element spectroscopy, as well as foaming, demulsification, or deaeration.
