PILOT TEST

Once a solution has been validated and chosen (through a feasibility study), it is proposed, validated, manufactured and then tested through pilot trials to verify its operationality.

EXAMPLES OF R&D IN PROGRESS AND COMPLETED PROJECTS

  • Partnership with the CNRS in Lille on EPR technology.
  • Development for the Total Normandie refinery of an amine filtration system with activated carbon and soot recovery, using a solid particulate filter to fluidize the H2S, CO2 and hydrocarbon content of the gas.
  • Development of a unique, stand-alone, dual-mode vacuum dehydration system for aqueous, particulate and demulsification.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

On the basis of the elements gathered (environment, materials, specific customer requirements) and all the analysis results recovered, we draw up a complete feasibility study to propose one or more alternative solutions for improving flow management.

We have a Research and Development unit dedicated to developing technologies to meet the challenges we face. We develop and constantly upgrade our in-house processes, and support our partners in the development of their new technologies.
