Cleartech Oil® applications

Our filter media is designed to treat lubricating, hydraulic and engine oils. Cleartech Oil®is used for sensitive equipment (turbines, compressors) and high-performance systems (aeronautics, automotive, industry).

Performance

Solids: 2 μm particles (Beta ratio 5000) & submicron particles < 0.1 μm.
Solid and liquid degradation residues, dissolved (varnish): gels, lacquers, resins, soot.
Water: retention of 4 l/m² of surface area.
Additives: we guarantee non-retention of additives*.

Treated pollutants

The largest filtration spectrum

Optimal retention of degradation residues such as varnish, gels, solid particles, submicron particles smaller than 0.1 μm, and water molecules. Filtration from 0.1 µm to 100µm.

Maximum exchange surface

A media composed of organic composite fibers that possess an unparalleled level of porosity and tortuosity.

Very high mechanical strength

This means long filtration cycles before clogging.

Captures pollutants that no other filter can treat

The use of our filter media therefore guarantees a very high level of fluid purity by capturing even the finest contaminants.

Depth microfiltration

The fibers have a tortuosity and porosity that increase the volume and efficiency of the void space. The dispersion of contaminants through very small filtration channels optimizes both the lifespan and the types of contaminants trapped.

Activated filtration

Les matériaux choisis nous permettent de générer différentes polarités, d’augmenter le volume des vides et la tortuosité. Les misopores et les effets polaires augmentent le spectre de la pollution traitée.
