Stabilize, dehydrate, and filter diesel fuel in dusty, humid, and demanding conditions.
1
Diesel polishing and recirculation
SFC® recirculation systems for treating main and satellite tanks:
advanced dehydration, free water and emulsion separation, gradual removal of sludge and fine particles.
Diesel fuel is stabilized over time, with a level of cleanliness compatible with the requirements of high-pressure injectors.
2
Critical filtration points
Installation of high-capacity filters on tank → truck and truck → machine transfers:
pre-filtration for coarse dust, followed by high-efficiency finishing (3–6 µm) to limit solid contamination during each filling.
3
Long-term storage stabilization
Continuous treatment of tanks exposed to long dwell times: reduction of oxidation,
limitation of gum and deposit formation, protection against varnish formation in high-pressure circuits.
4
Fuel monitoring and diagnostics
Regular monitoring of diesel quality: ISO codes, water content, oxidation and cleanliness indicators.
The results are used to adjust recirculation cycles and filtration points to maintain a consistent level of reliability across the mining fleet.
